Why is my tcl roku tv screen dark. I have a need to listen via headphones, and have been using the roku app on my samsung note 10+ to do so via private listening mode. Also, switching between apps on the main app list lags way behind after each move clicked on the remote. After an hour or two private listening disconnects and the sound bounces back to my soundbar.
